What to make at my niece's 13th birthday party?!

Question: What to make at my niece's 13th birthday party?
My neice, Heather is having her 13th birthday party at a hotel.
We do not have much money to spend on food, so we decided to homemake everything.
In our hotel rooms, they have a kitchen to make food.
The problem is that the kitchen does NOT have a stove to bake stuff in. They only have stove TOPS.
So that means we have to make food that we can fry.

We were planning to make mini pizzas but the kitchen does not have a stove to bake stuff in.
What do you think we should make that does not cost much and is easy for Heather and her friends to make?

Thanks in advance!

Marielle

I'm assuming you mean pan fry, with little or no oil I guess. In that case:

You could do quesadillas with cheese and maybe veggies and/or chicken that you cook ahead of time. Have some chips and salsa on the side and you're good to go.

Or you could do a make your own omelet and have different ingredients that you precook if necessary. Eggs are cheap.

Or you could have different sandwich ingredients and let them choose their own for a hot sandwich in the pan, like deli ham and turkey and different cheeses, or they could just do a grilled cheese if they wanted.

I would keep it pretty simple if it were me. And if they are spending the night which I assume they are and you have to do breakfast I think the french toast idea is good.

Do they have an indoor - stove top - grill........?

Cause you can always grill a pizza on the grill and just cover it to melt the cheese......

If not you can always fry up some chicken fingers and sweet potato fries for appetizers......

You can also set up an icecream sundae bar where you set out different toppings like nuts, sliced bananas, marischino cherries, sprinkles, fudge, caramel, strawberries, chocolate or peanut butter chips, cans of whipped cream, etc.

you can ask the hotel if you could use their kitchen
you can melt the cheese on the top of the stove
you can make mini sandwiches, spaghetti, order pizza, make smores on the top over the flame, hot dogs over the flame,
kids mostly like snacks so chips, cookies, cake, candy= LOVE!!!

everyone else's answers are great , but if you really want the pizza's you can bring a toaster oven and use that if you want. as for pan food, you can make maybe chicken fingers, or do like chocolate dipped stuff . oo or make like tacos, or little donuts

peanut butter french toast. you make french toast and spread peanut butter between two pieces. cook again just a little bit for the PB to melt a little

By a easy bake oven lol

you could make little sandwiches. i had a spa party and made some with turkey cucumber and mayo and it was really yummy!
