Hmm you should have like a moulon rouge theme with like loads of red and stringy stuff and gold and glitter would be well cool:)

First start off with a theme that you would love to plan your party around. The theme could be your favorite movie, color, song, etc. Then plan everything out with invitations, food, decorations, music, goody bags(if you want them). Great places to check out is orientaltrading.com, partypro.com, party city, walmart, target, local convient stores, etc. I am currently planning my 18th bday party so I know that planning a party is a lot of work. I picked the theme of mocktails (nonalcoholic cocktails) and based mainly everything around that. All the places I listed is low in price to high in price depending on your budget. For you cake, make it homemade, instead of paying hundreds at a bakery. Personally it does save you a lot and it's fun to do.
