Why am I always hungry lately?!
Answers:
Just EAT girl! Your body is growing and changing and it requires sustinance in order to do so properly! It is a crucial time for you. Try developing some healthy eating habts as well as making sure to give in to the natural pizza-cheesburger-french fry urges. Right now your body is trying to figure out what it needs to do with what you put in it. Make sure you are consuming Things with real ingredients. Like butter as opposed to margarine. Real cheese instead of processed cheeselike products. If you tried at this time to eat only low calorie vegetables during this time to balance out calorie to quantity, down the road your body will become confused by the cheeseburger theefore storingit as fat until it figures out what to do with it!
it could be what and how often your eating if i eat a big meal 3 times a day i feel hungry to where i want to eat what ever i see. if i make a salad and eat smaller amounts all through out the day I feel better. also eat fattier foods in smaller portions to fill you up like eat tacos and eat a little avocado on it to feel fuller and get a the better fats. avoid junk foods in large portions because it will feel like your full for a moment but its empty calories try eating something you can eat all day like make a big salad with chicken and cheese and avocados or what ever you like and make it a big big salad then eat small amounts all throw the day. if you notice an eating disorder or stomach problems like pain or discomfort when using the restroom tell your parents or a doctor.
also do not get hung up on weight at your age as long as your not over weight to where it hurts your body. if your 4 foot nine and gain some weight it might be because your about to grow and need the extra weight for a little while. so eat differently and exercise to keep off any weight your worried about.
Either you're growing or going through hormonal cycles (similar to having a period). To stay fuller longer in the morning try adding half a cup of blueberries to you're cereal. Some people are carb sensitive, meaning if you eat foods like bread, pasta, foods with grains generally, you'll crave more (It also means that you just really like that particular food)
Your just growing. You probably need to eat more too. The same thing happens to me. No matter what I eat I get hungry 1.5-2 hours later. I just eat more. Make sure to eat healthy though. :) Instead of just an egg and bread eat an egg, bread, apple and yogurt. Hope this helps. :)
