Question: What are some ideas for a "Night On The Town" themed Sweet 16?

I'm inviting 16 girls. We are going to a Mexican restaurant. What else can we do that's cheap? I was thinking of doing a mall scavenger party but we are going to be wearing skirts and dresses. So any ideas?

I'm not so sure about what u can do going out but maybe afterwards u guys can have a slumber party. And do makeovers and do each others hair. That'll be kinda fun xD.
