Im very girly. I am a girl (:
I live in cityish area
I want it to end in a sleepover
and i dont want it to be to pricey but if ur ideas are pricey tell em anyway!

what to you could do is invite all your friends over to your house and you could have a back yard party with speakers/ Dj and have a neon color them or an 1980's theme. and you could also set up games for prizes like a camera or $$$

Have your Mom rent a room at a hotel with a swimming pool and have a pool party, room service and then sleep over! (or bring your own snacks)

drink beer. **** bitches. get money.
