Does anyone have any suggestions for a good birthday dinner for my boyfriend?!

Dunno...what's he like? Can't go wrong grilling something...chicken breast, shrimp, salmon...seasoned with Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning. Easy quesadillas using whole wheat tortillas, stuffed with shredded chicken & Monterrey Jack (butter the tortillas on one side & brown them in a skillet...mmm!).
You want it to special so I would start with a green salad with cucumbers, carrots, grape tomatoes, and vidalia onions then do steak (either on the grill if you have one or in the oven), twice baked potatoes, caramalized onions, and broccoli as the sides. For dessert, brownies with whipped cream, or a small ice cream cake from Carvel or somewhere like that.
I brought you a tuna sandwich. They say it's brain food. I guess because there's so much dolphin in it, and you know how smart they are
