wow, thats a hard one, i am a guy and i would suggest laser quest, or something, but maybe you can do something like a swimming party, the food i would do is, vegetable tray, fruit tray, cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, and for the main course maybe pizza, and maybe u could do a princess theme. i am 13 and my friend just turned 13 the other week and she found a nearby photo place so me and 5 others went to a photoshoot and the photoshoot itself didnt cost much but we stayed for 1 and a half hours and we got around 120 pictures taken my friends mum got the cd of them and it cost around ￡80 but it was GREAT :D :)
