Question: I need a light healthy snack idea for my study group of 6?
The question says it all ;)

Answers:

celery and apples with peanut butter(not if anyone's allergic to peanuts though)
fruit salad
granola and yoghurt
granola bars
or vegetables

Smoked Salmon pancake bites

Make pancakes, but don't put any sugar in it. So don't buy a pancake mix. Put in a teaspoon of chicken stock, mixed herbs.

Add more water or milk for a quite thin batter.

Before you start cooking the pancakes, get all the other ingredients ready.

1 packet of smoked salmon (small), a small container cream cheese, sweet chilli sauce and a bunch of rocket. (rocket is easy to grow )

Put a large spoonful of pancake in pan and swill around to make it round and thinner, you want a small dinner plate size pancake.

Get a clean tea towel and wet thoroughly and wring out - wrap the pancakes in here as they cook, so keep them warm and supple.

When all the mixture is cooked, spread with cream cheese, a teasp chilli sauce, a few strips of salmon and a few leaves of rocket.

Work quickly and only do two pancakes at a time. Roll the pancake up and then cut each roll into 2 cm size rolls.

Very yummy and looks great. You can also top with some cavier or more rocket if you wish. Mine get snavvled up very quick, everyone loves them.

I wouldn't go too healthy or wild, since peoples preference for food is different. I usually go the safe route n keep things simple. How about Baked Cinnamon Chips? http://www.mealsmatter.org/recipes-meals… easy to make, light and tasty. These also go well with sliced fruit, apples, bananas, etc.

get nice biscuits (savoury) and gourme dip like chucky pesto and stuff mmmm sounds good just thinking about it haha. and you can have a platter with like cheese, tomato, olives and other tasty things that quite sophisticated food and french like :)
you could also go to your bakery and get a box of little pastries that would be nice too.

I would do hummus, veggies, and crackers/bread.

That way you get a vegetable (carrots and celery go great with hummus) but also have some carbs with the bread. The beans from the hummus will be really filling too.

This is one of my favorite snacks. Made some today actually :)

My preference: caffeine and something starchy.

Or try a nutrient bar with a lot of these:
Vitamin A, Beta Carotene, and B-12

Attack stress and increase energy with these vitamins.

A healthy dip and crudites, and crackers, tea and coffee, and a water jug
