Send them trick or treating.
What about a beach theme. you can serve them kool aid or punch in coconut shaped cups. Sand castle shaped cake. Seashell treasure hunt...winner gets a beach towel or boogie board. Palm tree pinata. Just ideas...all depends on how much you want to spend.
