How to throw a 12 year old neon themed birthday party?!


Question: How to throw a 12 year old neon themed birthday party?
Ok , my mom and i want to throw my sister a birthday party. Shes gonna be 12 years old. We need a lotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt of help we can`t find anything.. She wants it to be neon themed.Theres gonna be 6 of her friends there.And we need everything cheap because we are on a budget.Some of her friends are going to spend the night.So far we only know that we are going to have pizza. Thats it. We have a veryyy small house and we need to have it at our house we can`t go anywhere. She also wants things that glow in the dark. We need to know where are some places that we can buy some neon things. Because yesterday we went to Party City but they didn`t have anything that was cheap and neon.So pleaseeeeeeeee help us !! Her birthday is veryy soon and we don`t want anyone to be bored at the party.We also dont know what part of the house we should have the party at.. Like i said we have a really small house.Our yard is bigger than our backyard.And the backyard doesn`t have any grass and we dont have a pool. Our backyard is very ugly... And we can`t have it in the yard because theres frogs there.... and my mom doesnt want it in the living room because she doesnt want the kids to be spilling things there because we just got new sofas.Okay so we need help on how to decorate the table where all the food is gonna be.Also on what supplies and goodies we are gonna get. And how are we gonna decorate the house and the invatations ( my sis wants to make homemade ones) and we need help on where we can get neon things and what things we should get (we need to buy it at the store NOT ONLINE) (we live in California) and what games they should play. And what kinds of things we should raffle and giveaway as prizes and stuff...SO PLEASE HELP US!!!

I have a few ideas and i hope this helps.
so since you cant find anything neon get neon spray paint and make neon items.
also get some neon nail polish and either they can all paint there toes as an activity or you can use them as prizes. also glow sticks can be bought in the oriental trading co magizine or in dollar stores for real cheep. if you cant have the party in the living room because of furniture remove the furniture for the night.

also get a black light to make things really neon or black light lightbulbs which are not as bright but are cheeper.

your mom would have to approve this next one but have her go to a liquor store and get noen shot glasses its the only place I can think of that have a neon cups get the big ones like where its a cup with a shot glass sized cup in it. but obviously don't use beer or alcohol use sodas. neon tissue papper and poster board is easy to find and cheep check walmart or a local dollar store.

also check hobby like or a store like it that you have in your area.

You can buy glow sticks for everyone, uh maybe bright neon lamps (cheap)?!? I'm sorry..... I don't really know too much more. ;)

Omg that sounds so cool. Ok show her this answer cause she will probably like this idea because im 12 too. Ok so i think you should get bright colored table cloths.. or fabric i just saw some today at walmart, you might be able to do this all in the garage if you move the cars out, then you could get glow in the dark paint and splatter it on the garage walls, and i think they have cheap strobe lights, not too bright because some kids get a headache, and idk if you have this station but go to http://www.endonline.com/ they have the best music. now you could get mountain dew and coke because mountain dew is a cool color and coke taste better LOL, and for party favors send them home with like bring colored bags with glow in the dark silly bands, a glow stick and candy. also you could send her on a ghetto shopping spree to the dollar tree and walmart LOL they have tons-o-stuff, and you could get glow in the dark stick on letters that say like "food" or "bathroom" or "do not enter" also buy tons of silly string like a ton from the dollar tree and give each one to a girl and have them fight with them. you could giveneon fabric coats to wear over so you dont get it on your clothes. and i think they have glow in the dark beads at walmart, you should make a TON of bracelets and girls can win them or trade them , like put it in there bag. okay and last, you could get bubbles and i know this isnt neon but if you get a bubble machinetht would be so cool
