Sweet 16 party ideas?!
I see all the cool things on the tv for ideas,
but I have no where near that amount of money and need some ideas
for games or entertainment?

Depending on the area around you, have a huge bonfire, movie night, go to the beach and hang out, or rent a place like a hotel room or an recreation building around you. Rent a moon bounce or something. Maybe also go to the park. If you want it real cheap have it at your house and turn it into a huge club. Hire a dj, and get tons of decorations from places like orientaltrading.com, partypro.com, birthdayexpress.com, walmart, target, dollar tree, etc. What ever you do, just have fun and remember that you only turn 16 once!!!
you can rent a hotel out of town and invite some friends. and if its near a beach you can go to the beach with your friends and party all nite, all you need is great music and people you care about
just throw a huge dance party! hire a dj and dance the night away! everyone will have fun and its relatively cheap
