If you could change some of the items slightly, it could be an "Around the World" theme-spring rolls, Asian-Freckle sarnies, Australia-add some bacon and cheese, loaded skins are very Mediterranean-frankfurters, maybe use weisswurst or another German wurst-maybe mexican seasoning for the beef to make the dish more South American-I have no ideas for the desserts. Good luck, we've all had these situations.
A mixture of California, Mediterranean, and Mexican themes. So call it Caliterranican. Its unique. Or call it Beachside Fiesta or Mediterranean Fiesta or Californian Fiesta on the Coast. Good luck with choosing the theme, hope mine and everybody else's theme advice helped you
