What should I do for my sixteenth?!

My birthday is in 3 weeks time and I have no clue what to do! :( I was thinking about maybe hiring a bouncy castle for the day but being as we are teenagers, larger ones have to be hired and my garden is too uneven for a large bouncy castle. I just kind of wanted some ideas about stuff to do, maybe some good restaurants or games to play at parties. Just any tips or ideas for a good day out/party would be nice. But not the usual stuff like bowling, cinema or ice skating pleasee :) If you have done something sucessful before then comment below!
Budget would probably be about ￡100 and I would want about 10 -15 people attending, boys and girls. I don't mind asking them to pay towards a day out or something, all of my other friends do it anyway. Thankyou :) x
