Is a facebook themed party a dumb/corny idea?!
-When people got there we would hand out foam fingers or something for "poke wars"
-There would be "event" signs telling people to do different stuff like "You are invited to play rockband RSVP attending not attending maybe attending" stuff like that.
-There would be a sign on the food that said "Chicken nuggets is now in a relationship with bbq sauce" or something.
-There would decorations on the walls like "my photos" where i would hang pics with me and my friends.

No way! That's an excellent idea. With billions of people connected to facebook its something almost everyone knows about and can relate to. It's especially good timing since the movie The Social Network (about facebook) is right around the corner it'll get people excited for the movie and the movie will get people excited for your party. Also you could put pictures up of people invited and put a poster board behind it/under it so people can leave comments.
