Any ideas for a co-ed 16th birthday backyard party?!
My party is on 10-10-10.
I have to make it fun.
My friends asked me to rent a moon bounce but it was just too expensive...unfortunately.
It'll be pretty cold in Chicago by then so I'll be having a bonfire at night.
I don't know how else to make it the best birthday party I've ever had.
Especially since it's my 16th birthday and it just so happens to land on 10-10-10.
Please help!
Thanks. :)

drink beer around the bonfire. ;)
For food, I think BBQ chicken would be good with some potato salad and green salad. And finger foods wouldn't be a bad idea. Pick food that represents you because it is your 16th party and it should be exactly the way you want it.
If it is too cold for BBQ, then I would suggest some beef or lamb with baked carrots, baked asparagus with almonds, and maybe some mashed potatoes.
For dessert, cake because its a birthday party and ice cream. Also, a bonfire is almost never complete w/o some S'mores.
