There will be boys and girls and probably about 11 people there. (4 boys and 7 girls)

Have everyone make their own Caramel apples. Use a crock pot and melt caramel in. Then give everone an apple with a wooden stick and then they can dip it, then roll it in M &M's, Marshmallow, whatever. Place on a wax paper sheet to dry and then dip or drizzle in chocolate. Have some plastic wrap and ribbon, and everyone can take one home.

well im 15 and when i went to a party there was the basic stuff like soda pizza and chips but i think hot wings would be really good to. if your a wild teenage like i know some of my friends they have alchol vodka would be a good alchol for teens but i dont think you should drink point drinking is really stupid. you can also have some swwets like cake or flan or something that really good that you might like.

dance party, clear out a room or just use the backyard decorate it with some cool lighting (strobe lights, blacklights, glow sticks christmas lights whatever you can get) then just get some basic party foods, you could do a bonfire then sleepover, a theme party (favorite movie, show, book or decade), go with the basics, pinata, jumper, hot tub, pool, whatever you can get or have, pizza, cake (obviously), chips, sodas, cupcakes all that good stuff :)
