have a big dance party it doesnt have to be expensive, just clear out a room, decorate it maybe get some strobe lights or black lights, you could even just do christmas lights, make sure you have a good stereo or ihome, and make a good dance playlist so you dont need a dj, the rest would just be refreshments, you could also do a theme party, those dont have to be expensive, you could go to a midnight showing of a movie and you would most likely be the only people in the theatre so you guys would be able to whatever you wanted in there (change seats, run through ailes, talk loudly etc.) you could rent out a cheap hotel room and have the party there (pool, dance, food movies whatever), you could have a bonfire with smores, hot dogs all that good stuff...its actually pretty easy to plan some good parties on a budget when you get creative :) hope this helps and have fun!
