please help me with my sweet 16 party...?!

Question: Please help me with my sweet 16 party...?
im throwing a sweet 16 semi-formal masquerade in january. i plan to have food and soda, music playing and a movie projected on a wall. none of my friends are really into dancing, will it be weird if music's playing and no one's really dancing? i cant dance at all so im not gonna be able to get it started. what else can we do? im thinking 30ish guests b/g and itll last 3-4 hours. i want to have a cupcake pyramid instead of cake and ice cream so that its easier. what can the actual entertainment be though?

Sounds Ace, if you ask me.

Nah you dont have to dance. Sometimes people will dance if they want too, but I wouldn't worry, Don't do Games or anything, thats kindof uncool. Just have lots of finger foods, have a football, Soccer ball, basket ball out, Fresbe. Also What you can do, to make it REALLY fun is. Tell everyone to bring a bathing suit, or to be prepared to get wet. "NOW I know its cooled in January, but thats why you use hot water. What you do is, you get a huge tarp, and you use a whole bottle of soap, and you wet the tarp and everyone gets soapy and wet and slips on the tarp. IT is soo much fun, Also have a camp fire, and S'morse, It will be soo much fun.

My Friend Amber Does it Every Year at her house, in her neighborhood. And no drinking is required.
