I turn 14 in March and I have NO idea what to do for a party! I've had hotel parties for the past two years, so I don't really want to do that again! I don't really know what to do though! I was kind of thinking of a renting a pink hummer limo and getting pizza and going to a photoshoot (make it a girls night!). But I kinda want to invite guys. So idk? What should I do? And how would I explain it to my dad I'm inviting guys? I don't really have a budget my dad doesn't really care, maybe like $700?

you're turning 14! he should be fine with you inviting guys, and you could do something together, like see a musical if you can, watch a movie, go to dinner... and then at night, the guys could go home and then you and your girl friends can have a sleepover!

$700 is NOT that much, you're NOT gonna be able to throw a good party for $700. You could MAYBE afford a house party, which you HAVE to invite boys to. Just have it when your parents aren't there, it's not that hard. And then you don't have to explain the boys. Problem solved!

Jesus Christ, $700? For a fourteen year old?

At sixteen, my birthday party consisted of a five dollar pack of gum and a hug from my parents. I hate kids.
