First, talk to your parents about a budget for the party. If it's unlimited, well, you could go to Paris. Chances are, you will have a budget for food, drinks, etc., but not travel.
I'd opt for a sleep-over or slumber party. If you are into girl stuff, buy a bunch of nail polish at a closeout store as well as manicure accessories and give each other manis and pedis. You can also tell the girls to bring their own manicure things, if they are able. You can do hair and makeup and clothes, have cool music videos, dance and sing, play video games, watch a chick-flick or two, eat popcorn or pizza and soda or whatever food you like. But don't forget the cake and ice cream.
Happy 14th!

Have a sleepover at a hotel, my daughter had one and she really enjoyed it. The girls mate at the hotel, we ordered pizza, drinks, snacks, a prize for the first girl that arrive. Went down to the pool and the game room. When we were done we ate and had a spa night with makeup and nail polishing. My daughter open her gifts the girls stayed up and talked about everything. It was GREAT!!

you can make it in your house and you can dance and sing you favourite song for any singer and bring your birthday cake make it your favourite flavor make your hair look good and dress up a new dress make sure you will be like a princess

Sleepover, spa party, go to an amusement park, dress up as your favorite celebrity, princess, etc.

Sleep overs are the best
