How to decorate a Barbie party?!

Question: How to decorate a Barbie party?
I am throwing a Barbie party for my 3 yr old (will be 4) daughter. We decided to go with the theme Barbie all Dolled up. Now I have bought the plates, napkins, cups, treat bags, banners, the dangled cutouts, and confetti for the table.

Problem is we are using the apartment's clubhouse and the walls are orange. The couch is red and there are 3 natural wood color round tables. Tables are a no problem since we can cover it with table cloth.

Our theme color is Turquoise and pink. I don't mind the red couch soo much but what can I do with the Orange walls without covering it up with the princess wall cover. I wanted to look elegant and I think covering it up with the princess wall cover will make it look tacky or what do you guys think? Anybody else have a better suggestion?

try having a piece (or several pieces) of poster paper in complimenting colours to both the colour theme and the orange wall, and then stick on decorations on top. use a colour wheel to find which coulurs you think suit best.

don't forget it's your 3 (turning four) year old daughters party, although you may want it to look nice- (and that's a great idea by the way) don't stress too much about it, i'm sure she won't mind some tackyness on her special day :)

best of luck!

Maybe drape some pink and turquoise curtains over the walls.
