go for something classy like a dinner party okay my friend turned 19 and she did that for her birthday we got alot of attention from people and that is what you want for your birthday right. so go for it. hey please choose me for best answer i really need it thanks

HOW BOUT YOU RENT A WHITE TENT...AND HAVE IT DECORATED NICE WITH BALLOONS AND STREAMER'S ALSO HAVE A BLACK LIGHT AND STROBLIGHT GOING HAVE THEM PLACED UNDER THE TENT.... AND THE GLOW STIK IDEA IS GOOD, DO THAT AS WELL MAYBE HAVE EVERYONE WEAR NEON LIKE YOU SAID OR HAVE A ALL WHITE PARTY (WHITE SHOWS NICE UNDER BLACK LIGHT) HAVE A SMALL FINGER FOOD BUFFET WITH SNACKS AND DESSERT'S.. ON THE SIDE WITH MUSIC AS WELL AND THE BONFIRE GOING...SMORES ARE ALSO DELICIOUS TO MAKE....WELL HOPE IVE GIVEN YOU SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT GOOD LUCK....
