well since yall are gonna be at the park and gonna have grills and stove's why not buy a big juicy brisquet and keep it cold all the way there...and cook it on the grill...you can make a nice batch of bean's and potatoe salad as well you can keep the potatoe salad cold with coolers and ice and the beans, just reheat beans there as well...also with some hawaiian dinner rolls and coolers full of drink's....you can also make steak's and baked potatoe's once again have meat cold in cooler and have potatoes wraped in foil ready to place on the grill..take condiments as well sourcream, bacon bits, chive's,shreadded cheese etc...with a light salad or corn on the cob on the grill...well hope ive helped...GOOD LUCK !!

what ive cooked on the grill...

Good day
This can be done but its going to take planning...and ice chests 4 for just food alone..
Menu:
Brisket or ham
pasta salad
Fruit salad
rolls..tea

Pre cooked Brisket sliced or Spiral ham off the bone
(1/4 lb per person) 20 lbs of cooked brisket or ham..
wrap sliced meats in heavy duty foil and ice down.
Pasta salad- TRIO colored cooked pasta (1/2 cup per person
3 pkgs large should do the trick
chopped veggies like green onion, olives black n green cherry tomatoes, It seasons and It dressing mix all together and put in lg Ziploc baggies and ice down..
Frozen melon balls and 1 large can frozen juice and mix together and put in baggies and ice
. Just got to heat up meat and serve out of foil..you should be able to do this for less then $100.00 for just the food...Stay way from Mayo and heating more then 1 item...good luck
