Cut outs of cupcakes and candies (Candy Land)

I like what the person said about candy land. great idea. Get colorfull cup cakes and put them on those ...grrr i forgot the names of those platters that are in different sizes the biggest 1 on the bottom , medium ect like a wedding cake looks ? well anyways you know what i mean decorate the cupcakes with jellybeans and have lollipops sticking out of them . Or you can get a white table cloth and decorate the table with candy you sister loves . I dunno i think that would be so cute.

Something that wouldn't be tacky would be maybe a pale pink or silver with glitter or silver beaded decorations.
