Hey so my birthday is in a few weeks i was wonder if any of you had some help
i want to have about 15-20 friends out to lunch or dinner
what would be cheaper?

Lunch is most definitely going to be cheaper for your sweet 16, no matter where you live. I don't know where you live obviously, so I can only really suggest that if there's a local place reasonably priced with good food, or a little pricier boutique-y french place that that type of place would be a good place to enjoy a lingering lunchtime meal.
