PARTY!! help with ideas for a party theme :)?!
so we're plannning a surprise birth day party for my sister and her guy friend. it'll be outdoors, with a pool. its a guy and a girl so we need a neutral, yet fun and unique theme. something that doesnt require much buy is original. she's turning 17, he's turning 14. it'll be few people, close friends, about 15 of us...

about a Luau. Those are always fun. and if you go to Dollar stores..to get decorations..its not going to cost a bunch or a Party story..i know Luau's supplies are gonna be on clearance right now.
It's already going to be a pool party. Why not leave it at that? Make it interesting by calling it an "Aquatic Shindig" or something
