I'm thinking about hosting a party in a few weeks, but i have no idea what to do, what do you do at parties?!

rent out a venue and have a massive rave ! get a good dj ( one that plays actually good music ) get food drinks and just have a good time :)

you guys can do a lot of activities like dance, karaoke, make food and/or desert, games, contests...it depends what are your friends into, from there mostly likely you'll come up with something.
