I don't know what that means. do you provide refreshments for the troop meetings or do you help with GS cookie sales? either way, you should keep spreadsheets on your computer with columns for dates, orders etc.

Use a planner and note down all the things that have to be achieved. Failing that, do what I do, open a good bottle of wine and relax.
