Where can you buy jaw breakers locally? could i possibly drill a hole through it?!

You can go to your local Cracker Barrell restaurant and they sell all the very old candies and sundries, even old toys, the jaw breakers that are original are there as well, I use to work there. To me that was the only cool thing about the place! Also, Tennessee is their homeland...where they originated so it will be so much easier for you although they all carry the same!

I sometimes see them in dollar stores, drug stores, and some discount stores in the candy aisle. To drill through them, place them in a vise -- don't try it while holding it. Use a glass/ceramic drill bit and start slowly. A tiny hole can be enlarged.
