Winter Wonderland Sweet 16 ideas.?!

My birthday's in january(4 months away), the theme is a Winter Wonderland and i need alot of help. im not sure on what kind of dress to where or how i should do my hair. im not sure if i should have a court or a small VIP. i have an idea on what i want, blue, white & silver colors,. have the guest wear soft colors,.
