Do you know any cocktails with nice names, colors and ingredients? ..For special occasions and cool nights out? (The appropriate occasion to order it in a parenthesis please.. I'd REALLY appreciate that!) ;)

champagne flute - big dash of peach schnaps, two fingers of peach nectar (juice) top up with champagne...
also try White Sangria - use white wine instead of red - look it up - nice for a groovy party with a difference
What always impresses me is a perfectly mixed martini.
