Can I have some 16th birthday ideas?!
My 16th birthday is coming up soon, and I can't decide on a idea for a party. I don't really want to spend a whole lot of money, but I do want to do something that is outside my house. Or, maybe not, depending on whether or not you have a cool idea :) I don't want to have some huge expensive party and invite the whole grade, which means inviting kids I don't even like, so there is about 9 girls, maybe 10, including myself.
I live about an hour away from NYC, and in the Fairfield County area, if that helps <3

My daughter is having her 16th. birthday as a costume party , her birthday falls near Halloween.
She has decided to decorate the house like a haunted house( Sort of).
