Question: Can I do this for my sweet sixteen?

I'm planning on having a sweet sixteen at the Hyatt.. which I know is expensive.. so to cut down on costs, I would like have a caterer instead of the hotels catering.. The Hyatt charges $85 per person plus a 22% service charge and 7% sales tax.. and if I have 200+ people going, that's obviously way too much money. I don't want a buffet at all; but I want the caterer's to serve the food to my guests.

Can I do this at the Hyatt hotel?
