first job waitressing?!

im 16 and ive just landed my first job at a really popular and reputable restaurant in my area, it's always heaving! so im really lucky actually, right place right time (handed my cv in on sunday, got asked for a trail shift on monday and got the job the tuesday).

my question is as a customer what do you like your waitress to do/say? what annoys you the most/what should i not do? and what makes you leave feeling happy and wanting to leave a big tip! i really need to keep this job. thanks
