I am pretty certain that you would have to be over the age of 18.

Just from my observations and work: Gals are usually 18-23. Guys are usually 24-30. I don't know why, but I've noticed it.

At the local family/sports grills around where i live it's usually extremely attractive high school or college girls from what i have seen...not that i have noticed or anything...lol

Depends on the restaurant.
