I guess one of the classic Chinese styles is Dim Sum but I find that many of the typical dishes you find in dim sum are meat based. I'd like someone to come up with some tasty vegetarian options.

Why not branch out to ALL oriental foods? Thai peanut dishes, Korean Bulgogi, and MidEastern curries would appeal to a much larger base.
