Idea 1: Invite your BFFs to your house for a sleepover. Rent videos, and have a slumper party in your living room! Have popcorn, lollies, coke (etc) and the next day, got ice-skating or rockclimbing.
Idea 2: Go to the shopping centre with your BFFs. You could play a game where you each have a $10-$15 limit and see who grabs the best bargain!
Idea 3: Invite a few friends to your house and have a big home spa altogether! Have face masks, scrubs, washes, hair treatments (etc) whatever you want!
Of course you can combine these ideas - for example have a sleepover, and have a home spa that day, and then the next day go shopping or ice-skating/rock-climbing! But of course it will be more costly to combine all three. Choose one or two of the above ideas for a memorable birthday!

You should go to the mall (or any place with other people) and talk really loud like "HEY GIRLFRIEND" "OHHH YEAH GIRLFRIEND" and cause harmless mischief like talking loud or giving people weird looks...Just do wat u wanna that u think is fun
rent a limo and go to the mall. dress fancy and talk like your somebody ;) we did it and it was so much fun
