You could order some purple flowers from a local flower store and teh day of the party pick them up and put them in some silver vases on tables.. that solves table center pieces & decorations!

You could also go to Kinkos if you have one of those near you and get invitations printed, they could be really cute & you can incorprate your colors into it!

My friend did this at her bat mitzvah and I thought it was really cute. She got her picture taken in a few outfits (she did it proffesionally but to save money get your friends to maybe) and she had the pictures in the middle with a white border that people signed with her favorite colors. Or you could do something similar and have a blank space in the middle and have someone take a picture of you and all of your friends while your at the party and put that in the middle!

Keep the decorations simple and I had people sign posters at mine and it came out really nice. Design your invites on a website like vistaprint.com, they're cheap and come out nice. I also had glow stick bracelets as napkin rings and then people wore them when we started dancing. Hope I helped (:
