Booze wise, I'd say about 4-8 oz per person should ensure a good time, without anyone getting sick or really stupid. Your parent(s) must be really cool and they can see that you're mature enough to have just a couple drinks for a special occasion. Anyone who says you're too young is either a hypocrite or a nun, and either way, their opinion is invalid.

Then all you need is some snacks and music and you're good to go! Can I come? lol...

Have fun! =)

The best thing to do is to be outside most of the time, as there should be lots of space. You could always try to ask one of your friends for a large tent, and just tell your friends to bring there own as well, as you don't have enough. Make sure you also have a decent selection of music to be played. I wouldn't really worry about something to do. 20 people should really find something to do. Just make sure it doesn't get to out of hand, and make sure no one else comes without an invitation!

i dont drink but keg time only quarter keg though and couple of boxed wine i had a house party loooong time ago quarter keg is enough trust me its about 4 cases

All the house parties i have been to only provide fizzy drinks like coke and lemonade, and everyone brings there own alcohol if they are going to be drinking it. To make your alcohol go further mix it and make a fruity punch which everyone will like. http://www.alcohol-stuff.co.uk/articles/… that is made using champagne and pineapple juice but i had a non alcoholic one called Jamaican jack which was orange, pineapple and mango (or topical) fruit juice mixed with lemonade, but you could mix it with sparkling wine which is much cheaper than champagne, the cheaper the better because it will be mixed. http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/ca… here's one from asda, also you could put fruit sherbet in the punch to add more sugar.
from asda you can get big bottles of their own WKD in which cost about £1.50 so you could buy a few of them and a crate of beer and that be it.
if there isn't going to be alot of alcohol make sure there's alot of sugar and sweets, see if you could borrow a chocolate fountain if you don't have one- use asda value chocolate and make up kebabs with fruit and marshmallows. Just make sure there's bowls of crisps and sweets dotted around everywhere, loud music and you should be fine, you will find it will be a bit quiet at first because people haven't got into things yet but it will pick up.
Hope this helps :)
