Tea, eh? Why don't you also make some scones for dessert, and for the main course, what do you say about Cheese Soufflé?

You could cook chili calamari and chips with a salad

Recipe:
Cut calamari into rings or chunks
Batter with the batter mixture: (corn flour, flour, chili and asian pepper)
Then fry with canola oil at medium heat for about 2-5 minutes.

Salad: Just make any old salad with a nice dressing.

Desert: Grilled pineapple:
Prepare and preheat grill. Combine brown sugar, juices, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth. Spread this mixture on each side of each pineapple ring.
Grill pineapple 4-5" from medium coals for 5-10 minutes, turning once, until sugar mixture melts and pineapple is heated and tender, brushing with any remaining brown sugar mixture. Top each slice with a small scoop of sorbet and serve immediately. Serves 8

1. what kind of tea? served hot or with ice? it will influence the meal. um, it may contrast in the stomach a mixture of hot and hold... so...
2. if cold tea, i imagine a cold salad on the side.
3. i believe really anything goes with tea. we do not know your budget. go to the store and buy a meal you know they like because you didn't tell us what they like to eat or you like to eat. and you didn't tell us how good of a cook you are either. dessert can be anything like pudding or coffee cake? or whatever you all like as a dessert....
