I live in Los Angeles and at graduation time around here, we see a lot of graduates being given "Candy Hawaiian Leis". So, I found you this video of how to make one and you could always make one with your skittles and it could be worn until your Secret Santa recipient wants to break into them and eat them rather than just a basket. Get a popcorn bucket and fill it with candy, microwave popcorn, a bottle of soda and a cheap movie for a movie theater themed gift! =)
Bake 'em some brownies (from a mix if scratch is too scary), frost them (again use packaged if you don't know how to make your own) and decorate w/ Skittles or M&Ms.
