when are some good times/themes to throw a party?!

You can have a halloween party, Christmas party, or weekend party..
ok well halloween is next month but if you want something really soon then you can do a pool party and make it very highclass and fun !! put a few plastic balloons or red flowers over the pool and let it float. Put a few chairs. Bring a friend with a cool laptop and he can put songs or you can do it urself. Make it a pool party for halloween too !! like bring all those scary skeletons and just hang them and put pumpkins all around the pool so no1 would jump and play some scary dj remixes
Have a theme and get everyone to have a costume. My suggestions are:

church

food

or anything funny
