Hi, JIMBO W! Buying presents for people when you have a high price limit is fun! OK ... guy has everything ...
How about a theater system? Here's one of the best ones that's under your price limit: http://amzn.to/KlipschHighDefinitionThea…
What else ... a camera? Here's a simple, easy-to-use, but very high quality Canon Powershot: http://amzn.to/CanonPowerShotCamera
Is he into fitness at all? The Garmin Forerunner is a very cool GPS receiver that also has a heart rate monitor: http://amzn.to/GarminForerunnerGPSReceiv…
Hmmm ... one more idea ... does he like music? The Pioneer Multimedia In-Dash Receiver would be a very cool gadget for his car, and few people have them: http://amzn.to/PioneerInDashAVReceiver
Hope this helps! If you want more ideas, just let me know!

Do you think that he would appreciate some Havana cigars, since he has so many. Those Havana cigars can run into the hundreds of dollars.
Another suggestion is that maybe he would like these new computer pads, there are iPad, then there is one by Samsung and last there is one called Playbook forgot who makes it, but it is new also and last maybe a cam-recorder for his computer? I hope he has a desk-top. Well, good-luck with the gift.
You can get him smth really original and sentimental that will remind him of you every time he looks at it: a 100% hand-made painting from your favorite photo together. I've discovered this website that turns photos into beautiful hand-made paintings and the prices are really affordable too. Here's the link: http://www.paintedsouvenirs.com ..Good luck on finding the right gift!
An iPad? A gift card to the fanciest restaurant in town and limo? A hot air ballon ride for him and a couple friends? Instead of a thing it could be an experience to remember.
Check into geocaching, and buying a handheld GPS .There are geocaching clubs out there. Happy Hunting!
