Question: Im throwing my older sister a surprise birthday and i want to ask her best friend to help me. any ideas?
shes turning 17 and i want it to be really big i live in a small town so we don't go to many parties. everyone has to wear black and white except me, her, and her friend. were tight on money thanks to the economy so our budget is kind of low. every idea is greatly appreciated! thanks!

Cake from dairy queen is good.
I would just buy my own cake supplies and decorate it black and white :)
Do it at your home or in a yard or something .
Maybe have a truth or dare session those are fun

My friends surprise party, her dad took her out for dinner then when she got home we were all there to yell surprise we ate cake opened presents played video games, balloon fight.
It was fun :)

Im 17 too

when we do a party we ask different member of the family to do different dishes one will do chicken curry and the rice we bring a micro wave if it's in a bar to heat it up or use a hot server somebody else will do pasta dish and someone do cocktail sausages and chicken kebabs we just all pitch in
