Mashed potatoes and gravy.
Cornbread dressing or stuffing.

You could do ham or turkey. I think ham is a better choice personally. Green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, apple pie as dessert or maybe Christmas cookies or fudge. well my mom use to make this dessert thing where it has sweet potatoes (yams) and melted marshemellows! yum! i bet you can find the recipe for it online
