Make some spicy hot chicken wings and serve them on a bed of cool, crisp iceberg lettuce. You can serve them with something nice and cool like a ranch or sour cream dip.

You might also try making some pepper-infused tequila, served ice cold.

Here is a recipe I found in my files. It's called 'Fire and Ice Tomatoes.'
Fire and Ice Tomatoes
6 medium tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1 medium-size onion, sliced
1 medium-size green pepper, cut in strips
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons sugar
1 & 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine vegetables in large bowl and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients
in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Pour mixture over vegetables.
Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 10 servings.

I hope this helps!
