pasta salad? boil pasta (the multicolor pasta looks nice) cut up some onions, cucumbers green peppers and mix it with the pasta and ranch dressing
or the pasta with corn, green onions, mayonnaise and goya seasoning?
or chips and dip, cold dips (you can get mixes at the store) or hot dips if you have somewhere to plug in a crock pot. I like velveta cheese (1 lb) cream cheese (1 box) green chilies (canned, chopped, 1 can) and hormel chili (1 can) mix all together until melted, keeps nicely in a crock pot
or meatballs, get frozen ones from price club make a cocktail meatball sauce, or those little mini hot dogs in sauce.

Easy Chinese Chicken Salad

1 head chopped green Cabbage
1/2 cup seasoned Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup salad, canola or olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 packages Top Ramon noodles (breakup and keep dry)
1/2 to 1 lb. chopped up cooked chicken breast (optional)

Mix oil, sugar and vinegar together and toss over cabbage. Toss in ramon noodles and chicken. Serve.

Good luck.

Pasta salad made with fresh chopped broccolli, fresh slice mushrooms (can buy pre-sliced and roughly chopped), some cherry tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped black olives, then pour bottled Italian dressing over it. My secret is to add chopped pepperoni slices before you tak.e it

Potato salad.
Macaroni salad.
A bunch of bags of chips and different dips.
A big crockpot full of baked beans.
Fruit salad.

Pasta salad is always cheap and easy, and you can make a lot.
