Well there are some places that go on lockdown that you can have your friends indoors and play acrade and eat, all in one with only your friends there. Some places may include IT'Z, Mountasia, Or Lazer Tag. I don't know where you live but try to search on the internet for more options. Some things with a small group would be like going to a restraunt and then go to the mall or arcade place. I hoped I helped and I WISH YOU THE BEST FIFTEEN BIRTHDAY!!! :)

My friends and i have more fun when we just hang out together. school is enough as it is, so we just celebrate by going out to dinner or going over to the birthday girl's house and having a sleepover.
I don't know how old you are, so maybe going out skating or the movies or something is a good option?
You could even just go to the mall with a few friends, or take a larger number bowling.
If you have a few really close friends, you can take them to a concert or a pro soccer match.
Just a few ideas :)

the first answer made me laugh. "i dont know how old you are"...uh...did you read the description?

anyways, it depends on how many friends you are planning on hanging out with. if its just a few have em over and watch a movie and get some pizza or something, or go to a movie. if its alot try to find something cheap :)

im a cheap bastard who lives off of top ramen

Metallica theme!

VIVA LA RAZA!

go out to dinner, have a sleepover, have a party at your house or go to a skating/ice skating rink.
