What is a good theme for an 18th birthday party?!

Question: What is a good theme for an 18th birthday party?

My birthday is Nov. 1, but we're probably gonna do it the weekend after. I usually have halloween themed dance parties, but I'm a little burnt out on the whole halloween thing, and I doubt people would want to go to a halloween themed party once halloween is over. My uncle is a DJ, and he's gonna play my party.. basically, I just need a totally stellar theme.

18 is also the time where people hit large amounts of nostalgia. Try to do something that has little remembrances of the past years (pictures of friends, etc.) I would agree that a Halloween theme gets out-dated after a while, and a rave theme is too cliche, I'd do something that allows people to socialize a bit more.

Well once I turned 18, I was able to buy blunts. So we smoked a bunch of weed (like a whole ounce) and went into Target, took food off the shelves, and ate it without paying. Then, on the way out, I filled up an Icee from the Starbucks stand and left.

It was the best birthday ever.

18th birthdays are really big for some teenagers even though I haven't had mine yet! Since your getting a DJ maybe you want to do a dance party, or a sweet 18. My opinion maybe you like it maybe you don't
