Question: Bar to celebrate my 25th birthday?
I need to find a bar that's consumable and a little cheaper than The Lounge in Timog. It can be in Malate or in QC.

I think "the roaring donkey" is nice to have a bday

I don't think there's too many Consumable Bars. I'm pretty sure if they where consumable, the drunks would have already ate them.
